Amr Samaha

Founder & Chairman

Amr brings a unique blend of technical expertise, global management insight and public-sector understanding to the forefront of Impact's advisory services.

He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University in Cairo (AUC), with a double concentration in Industrial and Mechatronics Engineering. He holds a Master's degree in Airline Transport Management from City University in London, followed by a second Master's in Global Management from ESLSCA University.

He is also a distinguished graduate of both the Presidential Leadership Program and the Executive Presidential Leadership Program, which gave him deep insight into the dynamics and strategic priorities of the public sector.

Khaled Sweilem

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Khaled is an expert in marketing, sales and risk management, and a visionary in providing integrated solutions that sustain businesses, as well as in developing business development and growth plans.

He is a certified trainer from the General Syndicate of Engineers and the League of Arab States.

Haitham Gamal

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Haitham brings over two decades of leadership and operational excellence. With a proven track record in both government and private sectors, he has led high-performing teams and managed complex initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, executional rigour and sustainable growth.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Strategic Analyst with the Combined Strategic Analysis Group (CSAG), U.S. Central Command, where he contributed to critical geopolitical assessments.

His leadership style combines military precision with deep public-sector insight, shaped by his participation in Egypt's Executive Presidential Leadership Program (EPLP). Haitham holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Cairo University.
